File Audit

I will carry out a file audit to help reduce the number of requisitions.  i.e. incorrect spelling of names, date not inserted etc.

Update Lenders

I will ensure lenders are kept up to date with progress.  This includes LMS and Lender Exchange.  This can be a lengthy process of Grants of New Leases or Transfer of Parts.

Submission 

I will prepare and submit the AP1/FR1 to Land Registry before the Priority Expiring Period.  If this is not possible, I will obtain authority to refresh the OS1/OS2

Reply To Requisitions

I will respond to all requisitions raised.  Where I am not able to, I will chase third parties for the required information to allow me to satisfy the requisition.

Prepare Forms

I will prepare any additional forms that are needed to accompany the application.  i.e. RX1, RX4, UN4, etc.  I will also serve Notice of Assignment/Charge where needed.

Completed Registrations

I will send the completed registrations to the client, lender and any third parties that require the same.  I will always check the lenders handbook to check if the original needs to be sent via the post.
